Shipping & delivery

What is your processing time?

1-2 business days (Monday-Friday), holidays 3-5 business days. All orders placed after 5 pm EST - including weekends and holidays, will be processed the next business day.

T-shirts are fulfilled separately with a processing time of 2-5 business days.


Why am I getting two shipments?

Our t-shirts are fulfilled at a different location. If you order t-shirts together with other items, you will receive two separate shipments. You will only be charged for shipping once.

How will my order ship?

We allow for shipping via USPS. If you require any other method, please reach out to us at info@kidsonthewise.com.


Can I track my order online?

You can obtain the status of your orders using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have an account with us, you can also check there under "Orders".

What if an order gets lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

Before we can proceed, please get in touch with the shipping carrier first to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered, or you submitted a wrong shipping address, we won't take responsibility. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.


What are my shipping options?

You can ship with USPS using these services:

First Class Package 2-3 business days
Priority Mail 1-3 business days
Priority Mail Express 1-2 business days

Can I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order, please reply directly to your order confirmation email within 24h. No fees will apply.


How do I make sure I order the right t-shirt size?

What is your refund policy?

You can get a full refund of the items you have purchased. We do not refund shipping cost. The return shipping is on your behalf.  If you opt for an exchange, return shipping is free for you. If there was an error on our behalf, return shipping is free and we will re-send you a replacement at our costs. More details here.


What does your return process look like?

First, fill out our return form. You will receive an email with the shipping label and further instruction. Pack your unused and unworn items securely and bring it to your carrier. Upon inspection you will receive a confirmation email und you will get refunded to your original method of payment. Your return is complete.
